Daimon AI Agent («Сервіс», «ми») — Telegram-бот, який допомагає власникам бізнесу вести соціальні мережі: генерує тексти та зображення за допомогою штучного інтелекту, публікує відео й дописи у підключені акаунти (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest), показує статистику та запускає рекламу Meta Ads з рекламного кабінету користувача. Кожна публікація і кожна рекламна кампанія запускається лише після явного підтвердження користувача кнопкою.
Сервісом можуть користуватися повнолітні особи, які мають право розпоряджатися акаунтами, що підключаються. Підключаючи акаунт, ви підтверджуєте, що є його власником або маєте дозвіл власника.
Акаунти підключаються виключно через офіційні процедури авторизації (OAuth) кожної платформи. Ми не просимо і не зберігаємо ваші паролі. Токени доступу зберігаються у зашифрованому вигляді та використовуються лише для дій, які ви ініціюєте в боті. Ви можете будь-коли відʼєднати мережу в боті або відкликати доступ у налаштуваннях самої платформи.
Користуючись Сервісом, ви зобовʼязуєтесь дотримуватися правил кожної платформи, зокрема Умов Meta, Умов TikTok, Умов YouTube та Політики конфіденційності Google. Сервіс використовує YouTube API Services. Заборонено публікувати через Сервіс контент, що порушує закон або правила платформ, а також використовувати Сервіс для спаму.
Ви відповідаєте за контент, який публікуєте, включно з текстами та зображеннями, згенерованими штучним інтелектом на ваш запит — перед публікацією ви переглядаєте й підтверджуєте їх. Ми не гарантуємо охоплення, продажі чи результати реклади. Платформи можуть обмежувати видимість публікацій (наприклад, до проходження застосунком аудиту) — бот показує фактичний статус публікації.
Базові можливості доступні безкоштовно з лімітами. Розширений тариф оплачується через Telegram Stars. Питання щодо оплати — командою /paysupport у боті. Повернення коштів здійснюється відповідно до правил Telegram Stars.
Ви можете припинити користування Сервісом будь-коли: відʼєднати мережі та попросити видалити дані (див. інструкцію). Ми можемо обмежити доступ користувачам, які порушують ці Умови або правила платформ.
Ми можемо оновлювати ці Умови; актуальна версія завжди доступна за цією адресою. Продовження користування після оновлення означає згоду з новою редакцією.

Daimon AI Agent (“Service”, “we”) is a Telegram bot that helps business owners run their social media: it generates text and images with AI, publishes videos and posts to connected accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest), shows statistics and runs Meta Ads campaigns from the user's own ad account. Every publication and every ad campaign is started only after the user's explicit confirmation.
The Service is for adults who are entitled to manage the accounts they connect. By connecting an account you confirm that you own it or have the owner's permission.
Accounts are connected exclusively through each platform's official authorization flow (OAuth). We never ask for or store your passwords. Access tokens are stored encrypted and used only for actions you initiate in the bot. You can disconnect a network in the bot or revoke access in the platform's settings at any time.
You agree to comply with the rules of each platform, including the Meta Terms, TikTok Terms, YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The Service uses YouTube API Services. Publishing unlawful content, content that violates platform rules, or using the Service for spam is prohibited.
You are responsible for the content you publish, including AI-generated text and images produced at your request — you review and confirm them before publishing. We do not guarantee reach, sales or advertising results. Platforms may limit the visibility of posts (for example until an app passes their audit); the bot shows the actual publication status.
Basic features are free with limits. The paid plan is purchased with Telegram Stars. Payment questions: /paysupport in the bot. Refunds follow Telegram Stars rules.
You may stop using the Service at any time: disconnect networks and request data deletion (see instructions). We may restrict access for users who violate these Terms or platform rules.
We may update these Terms; the current version is always available at this address. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the new version.
